This real estate transaction was made by Christine on 28th July, as reported by US Weekly on Tuesday.
While the property records were reviewed, the records read, “For the consideration of Ten Dollars, and other valuable consideration, I or we, Kody Winn Brown and Robyn Alice Brown, husband and wife and Christine R. Brown, a single woman do/does hereby convey to Kody Winn Brown and Robyn Alice Brown, husband and wife the following real property situated in Coconino County, Arizona.”
As per Christine, she is gifting this land worth $213,420 to Kody & Robyn Brown as a gift. This transaction has been made 9 months just after it was in the news with Christine saying that she was spilling up with Kody bringing an end to her 26 years of married life.

The couple share 6 kids together, and in 2021 November, it was revealed by Christine about splitting up. She said, ‘have made the difficult decision to leave Kody after the pair had ‘grown apart.’
‘We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family. At this time, we ask for your grace and kindness as we navigate through this stage within our family,” she further added.

Nothing is random. As of now, Christine has moved out of Arizona, located extensive family property. She has started to live in a Utah duplex. It was in the year start, right with the ongoing 15th season, she expressed herself saying she hoped to leave the state and Kody.
While on Cameo, Christine spoke to her fans in November. Herein she said, “decision [to leave] was a long time coming”. She even expressed that by being divorced, she would be a much better person, adding further, ‘I just hope that Kody and I can still remain friends during all of this, because we’ve been still communicating with each other and stuff, she said. “I mean, good and bad days – don’t get me wrong.”

To leave Kody, it was Sister Wives, the TLC special’s focal point. It was on this show that Christine revealed that she and Kody are now completely separate and divorced.
In her words, ‘We’re just going to be friends, eventually. I just realized I had to make a decision for my heart, and my heart was done being broken, and it felt, well, freeing.’
Later even Kody opened up and said, “Christine’s moved. She’s left. We’re no longer married.”
As per the news, this long-time marriage parting, it will be shown on Sister Wives 17th season and is expected to be set to air in September on TLC.
In one of the previews, Kody was even seen saying that she is quite heartbroken after her split from Christine Brown. He said to Christine that to be left by her, it was “just the knife in the kidneys after all these years” considering he made so much of sacrifices in the relationship. In the response, Christine said, “I agreed to be a sister wife but I agreed to be an equal wife,” talking about the plural marriage.
In the special’s segment, Christine also said, ‘It’s not fun breaking people’s hearts. I mean, at my core, I just want people to be happy and I just want people to feel loved. But I knew I was making a decision that would break hearts and it tore me apart. And it was super, super sad.”
As of now, Kody is spiritually married to Meri Brown; a spiritual union with 53-year-old Janelle Brown; and his legal marriage is with Robyn Brown.
The 17th season of Sister Wives is set to be released on September 11 on TLC at 10/9c.
