Jason Sudeikis Served Papers To Olivia Wilde Publicly- Is the petition accepted?
Since the 1st petition to date, the judge dismissed all petitions. It has also been determined by the judge that California is their home state.
Wilde, in the court motion, said, “Jason’s actions were clearly intended to threaten me and catch me off guard,” Daily Mail.
She further added, “He could have served me discreetly, but instead he chose to serve me in the most aggressive manner possible. The fact that Jason would embarrass me professionally and put our personal conflict on public display in this manner is extremely contrary to our children’s best interests.”
Sudeikis is reluctant to serve Olivia Wilde
Sudeikis is quite reluctant to serve Olivia Wilde, his ex. He even asked the attorney for serving her just as when she made preps for flying to Los Angeles. As per reports, it was then that the documents showed up.
As per Daily Mail Reports say, he even hoped for serving at the Heathrow Airport, London, instead of sending it at her home as it might have taken place right in front of kids.
Sudeikis and the claim made by him state that the process server had ‘series of logistical mishaps’ which caused Wilde not to receive the custody papers at home. He further added that eventually, the process server found her cameo at the CinemaCon. They were able to locate her at the event panel, where she got the papers.
According to the court papers, Sudeikis said, “I understand that the process server had only done her job; however, I deeply regret what happened.”
He further stated, “Olivia’s talk was an important event for Olivia, both professionally and personally, and I am very, very sorry that the incident marred her special moment.”
With what Sudeikis seems to claim, it doesn’t seem to be true. It seems like the former is trying to take revenge by embarrassing Wilde at her special and important event. It can just be hoped that the court, too, realizes the same and gives proper penalties for the reputational damage.
